Chef’s Table Reservations
"A modern interpretation of Laotian cuisine in America." Chef Bob will guide you through multiple courses expertly paired with 4th Tap Brewing's beers. Courses will include different techniques of traditional Lao cooking such as, steaming, mortar and pestle and grilling just to name a few. Each meal will contain at least one crudo/raw item, seafood and/or shellfish. Although many dishes will be gluten free it's not guaranteed that all dishes will be prepared as such. The use of nuts and dairy will be very limited but some dishes are unavoidable and we kindly request that no alterations to the dishes be made. $95 per seat .
A $25 deposit per seat (non-refundable) is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be charged at the table after dinner service has concluded.

Due to the limited kitchen and storage space we cannot unfortunately substitute any Chef's Table menu items, including vegan and vegetarian requests.
